Study on Economic Management Risk and Prevention&Control Strategy of Engineering Construction

在工程建设过程中,存在着各类经济管理风险,为了有效规避风险的发生,本文通过分析当前工程建设存在招投标、订立合同、施工过程以及新承包模式下的经济管理风险,提出加强投标风险管理、发挥工程合同作用、优化施工各个环节、化经济风险为利润以及新承包模式的风险主动防范等防控策略,最大程度上将经济管理风险降到最小,保障工程建设高质量发展。

In the process of project construction,there are various economic management risks.In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of risks,this paper analyzes the economic management risks existing in the current project construction,such as bidding,contract conclusion,construction process and new contracting mode,and puts forward prevention and control strategies such as strengthening bidding risk management,fulfilling the role of project contracts,optimizing each link of construction,turning economic risks into profits,and risk prevention of new contracting mode.Minimizing the risk of economic management to the greatest extent can ensure the high-quality development of project construction.
