水基钻井液防泥包润滑剂的性能评价与机理分析 被引量:1

摘要 制备了防泥包润滑剂FNBJ,研究了FNBJ的润滑性、耐温性、防泥包性和缓蚀性。结果表明,在水基钻井液中加入质量分数1.0%的FNBJ可使润滑系数降低率达到89.2%;FNBJ具有较好的耐温性,在180℃下热滚16 h,摩阻系数为0.0660;当FNBJ质量分数为1.5%时,防泥包效果显著,泥包黏土量降低率达96.1%。此外,在90℃下,FNBJ的缓蚀效率达95.0%。FNBJ具有较低的表面张力,FNBJ分子中的极性基团易吸附在钻头表面,非极性疏水链段排列在外形成疏水油膜,从而提高钻井液的润滑性,达到防泥包的目的。 FNBJ is an antimud bag lubricant.Its lubricity,temperature resistance,mud bag prevention performance and corrosion inhibition were studied.The results show that the lubricating coefficient can be reduced by 89.2%by adding FNBJ of 1.0%(mass fraction)to the water-based drilling fluid;FNBJ has good temperature resistance.It is heated at 180℃for 16 h,and the friction coefficient is 0.0660;When the mass fraction of FNBJ is 1.5%,the effect of preventing mud bag is remarkable,and the clay content in mud bag is reduced by 96.1%.At 90℃,the corrosion inhibition rate of FNBJ is 95.0%.FNBJ has a low surface tension.The polar groups in FNBJ molecules are easily adsorbed on the drill bit surface,and the non-polar hydrophobic train segments are arranged outside to form a hydrophobic oil film,so as to improve the lubricity of drilling fluid and achieve the purpose of mud bag prevention.
