摘要
对腐蚀与长期荷载耦合作用后的钢-混凝土组合梁进行了极限承载力试验,研究了栓钉锈蚀与长期荷载对组合梁极限承载力、跨中挠度、界面相对滑移的影响。研究结果表明,栓钉锈蚀后,组合梁跨中挠度和界面相对滑移增大,极限承载力降低。与未锈蚀试件相比,锈蚀试件极限承载力降低了0.5%~5.4%,160 kN荷载作用下的跨中挠度增加了8.2%~47.5%,120 kN荷载作用下最大界面相对滑移增加了34.6%~50.8%。与无长期荷载试件相比,有长期荷载试件极限承载力无明显降低,160 kN荷载作用下的跨中挠度增加了16.1%~19.0%,120 kN荷载作用下的最大界面相对滑移增加了18.3%~31.8%。考虑滑移效应的影响,提出栓钉锈蚀条件下钢-混凝土组合梁挠度计算方法,与试验结果比较,组合梁挠度理论值与实测值吻合较好,可为工程实际应用提供参考。
In this paper,the ultimate bearing capacity tests of steel-concrete composite beams subjected to the coupling action of corrosion and long-term load were carried out,to study the effects of stud corrosion and long-term load on the ultimate bearing capacity,mid-span deflection,and relative slip at the steel-concrete interface,respectively.The results show that,after the corrosion of the studs,the mid-span deflection and the interface slip of composite beams increase,while their ultimate bearing capacity decreases.Specifically,compared with specimens without corroded studs,the ultimate bearing capacity of the ones with corroded studs drops by 0.5%to 5.4%,and their mid-span deflection with a load of 160 kN and maximum interface relative slip with a load of 120 kN increase by 8.2%to 47.5%and 34.6%to 50.8%,respectively.Compared with the specimens without the action of long-term load,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens under long-term loading does not decrease significantly,and their mid-span deflection with a load of 160 kN and the maximum interface relative slip with a load of 120 kN increase by 16.1%to 19.0%and 18.3%to 31.8%,respectively.Taking the influence of the interface slip into account,a calculation method for the deflection of steel-concrete composite beams with corroded studs was presented.The deflections obtained by this method agree well with the measured ones.Therefore,the proposed method can provide a valuable reference for practical engineering applications.
