共轴多组充退磁线圈均匀磁场优化设计研究

摘要 充退磁线圈在航天器磁性控制、舰船消磁等领域中有重要的应用,线圈中心一定区域内的磁场均匀度是充退磁线圈的关键指标之一。随着线圈组数增多,各组线圈尺寸、安装位置、线圈匝数、电缆截面、电阻功耗等参数需要结合工程可行性约束条件进行优化设计。本文使用序列二次规划(SQP)方法,将共轴多组充退磁线圈系统参数求解问题归结为非线性规划问题进行迭代计算,结合实际工程中的共轴6线圈系统设计案例,详细阐述了优化步骤、线圈匝数整数化及二次优化过程。结果表明,经过优化设计之后的共轴充退磁线圈系统工作区域的磁场均匀度偏差降低到优化前的约1/23,整体磁场均匀度得到了极大提升,线圈参数及电参数结果完全满足技术指标要求,可用于进一步工程化设计。 The magnetizing and demagnetizing coil has important applications in the fields of magnetic control of spacecraft and demagnetization of ships, and the uniformity of the magnetic field in a certain area of the coil center is one of the key indicators of the magnetic field simulation device. With the increase in the number of coil groups, parameters such as coil size, installation position, number of coil turns, cable cross-section, power consumption and so on need to be optimized in combination with the engineering feasibility constraints. In this paper, the parameter solution problem of the coaxial multi-group magnetizing and demagnetizing coil system is calculated by using the sequence quadratic programming(SQP)method, Combined with the design case of the coaxial 6-coils system in the actual project, the optimization steps, the integerization of the coil turns and the secondary optimization process are elaborated in detail. The results show that after the optimized design, the magnetic field uniformity deviation of the coaxial magnetizing and demagnetizing coil system in the working area to be investigated is reduced to about 1/23 of the time before optimization, and the overall magnetic field uniformity has been greatly improved, and the coil parameters and electrical parameters have fully met the technical requirements and can be used for further engineering design.
