摘要
固体火箭主动段飞行的振动环境非常复杂,而且振动环境测量的天地差异比较大,一直是困扰环境设计人员的难点问题。本文通过对固体火箭发动机地面试车数据和飞行试验环境测量数据的深入分析,研究主动段飞行振动环境的主要影响因素,和造成振动环境测量天地差异的根源,为固体火箭的力学环境条件设计提供参考。
Vibration environment of solid rocket in boost phase is very complicated, and there always exists remarkable difference between flight and ground test. In this paper, vibration response of solid rocket motors in ground test and in flight test is contrastively investigated. The primary source of vibration environment during launching is analyzed. The reason which causes the difference of vibration environment between flight and ground test is clearly demonstrated. The conclusion provides reference for design of solid rocket’s dynamic environmental conditions.
