摘要
紧固件是传递载荷的重要连接节点,MJ螺纹0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al螺栓因其强度高、抗疲劳性能好、耐腐蚀性优良的特点,可广泛用于火箭的级间对接、助推器捆绑等主承载部位,其可靠性对于火箭整体结构的安全至关重要。本文对其开展了轴向拉力、剪力、楔负载等试验研究,获得了多种载荷条件下的螺栓的失效数据和破坏形貌。同时,采用数值仿真的方法对螺栓在多种载荷作用下失效机理和失效准则进行了研究,并与实验结果进行了对比,发现两者在变形过程、破坏模式等方面吻合良好。
Fasteners is an important link of load node. Base on its high strength, fatigue resistance performance,MJ thread bolt made of 0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al materialcan be widely used in inter-stage connection, core-booster connection, the reliability of which is highly important for the safety of rocket. In this paper, tensile strength test,double shear test, wedge load test are carried out. A variety of experimental data are obtained. Meanwhile, some numerical simulations are used to study the failure mechanism and failure criteria,in which the deformation processes and damage modes are shown to be in reasonable agreements with those in the experiments.
