摘要
为提高Al-5Li合金的稳定性,使用自制含氟聚合物PFE对Al-5Li合金粉体进行原位包覆处理,得到Al-5Li@PFE复合粒子。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪和热重-差示扫描量热仪对其形貌结构、元素分布及热氧化特性进行表征。结果表明:Al-5Li@10PFE表面更为光滑,表面Li含量由11.74 wt%降低至2.55 wt%。采用非等温热分解动力学法研究PFE包覆前后Al-5Li合金与聚叠氮缩水甘油醚的相容性,结果表明GAP/Al-5Li体系的相容性较差,而GAP/Al-5Li@10PFE体系的相容性良好。
In order to improve the stability of Al-5Li alloy,Al-5Li powder is in-situ coated with the modified-fluoropolymer(PFE)to obtain Al-5Li@PFE composite particle.The surface morphology,element distribution and thermal oxidation properties are characterized by SEM,XPS and TG-DSC.The results show that the surface of Al-5Li@10PFE is smoother,on which the Li content is reduced from 11.74 wt% to 2.55 wt%.Furthermore,the study of non-isothermal thermal decomposition kinetics method indicates that the compatibility of GAP/Al-5Li is poor,while that of GAP/Al-5Li@10PFE is good.
