摘要
针对雷电电磁脉冲环境条件,研究了典型电子器件的雷电电磁脉冲作用下的累积效应,包括数字量输入模块、模拟量输入模块、模拟量输出模块,研究结果表明:雷电电磁脉冲对数字量输入模块累积效应不显著,对模拟量输入模块、模拟量输出模块有较明显的累积效应,研究结果可为设备级、分系统级、系统级雷电电磁脉冲试验方法提供有力支撑。
For the environment of lightning electromagnetic pulse,the cumulative effect of lightning electromagnetic pulse on electronic devices is studied,including digital input circuit module,analog input circuit module and analog output circuit module.The results show that the cumulative effect of lightning electromagnetic pulse on digital input circuit module is not significant,while the cumulative effect is significant on digital output circuit module and analog output circuit module.Research results can provide strong support for the test method of lightning electromagnetic pulse on electronic devices,electronic subsystems and electronic systems.
