摘要
由于复合材料夹芯结构在局部冲击作用下会产生多种破坏模式,降低结构的承载能力,建立基于物理机制的失效分析方法和损伤模型,研究局部冲击作用下复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构的失效行为,并与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,随着冲击能量的改变,冲击力、下面板中心位移均会呈现出不同的变化趋势。进一步研究了不同能量下多次冲击的结构响应。研究表明,芯材的抗冲击能力较弱,下面板承受了较多次冲击,且随着冲击能量的增加,重复冲击的破坏次数大大降低。
Various damage modes are initiated for composite sandwich structure under local impacts,reducing the bearing capacity of the structure.A failure analysis method and damage model based on physical mechanism are established.The damage behavior of composite honeycomb sandwich structure under local impact is studied.The comparison to the experimental results is carried out.Results show that the impact force and the center displacement of the lower panel will show different trends with the change of the impact energy,.The structural response of repeated impacts at different energies is further investigated.It shows that the impact resistance of the core material is weak,and the lower panel bears more times of impact,and with the increase of impact energy,the number of repeated impact failures is greatly reduced.
