某院2018-2020年中心药房中药注射剂使用情况分析

Usage of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in the Central Pharmacy of a Hospital in 2018-2020

目的分析某院中心药房3年中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药和药品管理提供依据。方法检索中心药房医院信息系统管理数据库,采用用药频度分析法,对2018-2020年中心药房中药注射剂的销售金额占比、用药频度、限定日费用、销售金额排序/用药频度排序进行统计分析。结果2018-2020年,中药注射剂的销售金额占药品总销售金额的比率逐年降低。3年来,益气类、活血化瘀类和清热解毒类中药注射剂的销售金额排序居前10位;丹红、康艾、肾康注射液、注射用血栓通(冻干,100 mg)、鸦胆子油乳、痰热清、银杏内酯、喘可治注射液连续3年用药频度排名前10位;限定日费用排名前3的为消癌平、血必净、康莱特;疏血通、柴胡注射液的销售金额与用药频度的同步性较好。结论该院中心药房中药注射剂的临床使用基本合理,医院还需加强用药管理,制定相关措施以提高临床用药安全性。

Objective To investigate the three-year usage of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)injections in the central pharmacy of a hospital in order to provide data for clinical use and management of these injections.Methods The data was retrieved from the information system management database of the pharmacy.The consumption sum and constituent ratio,defined daily doses(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and ranking of consumption sum/DDDs related to TCM injections used between 2018 and 2020 were statistically analyzed.Results Between 2018 and 2020,the consumption sum and constituent ratio of TCM injections decreased in our hospital.Over the past three years,injections that could benefit qi,promote blood circulation,clear heat and facilitate detoxication were among the top ten in terms of consumption sum.Danhong injection,Kangai injection,Shenkang injection,Xueshuantong injection,Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection,Tanreqing injection,Ginkgolide injection,and Chuankezhi injection were among the top ten in terms of DDDs.Xiaoaiping injection,Xuebijing injection,and Kanglaite injection were among the top three in terms of DDC.The consumption sum of Shuxuetong injection and Chaihu injection synchronized well with DDDs.Conclusion TCM injections have been used properly in the central pharmacy of our hospital.However,more rigorous control and corresponding measures are needed to improve the safety of clinical use.
