摘要
目的探讨某院糖尿病足感染患者病菌谱变化及药敏情况,为临床防治糖尿病足感染正确选择抗菌药物提供依据。方法回顾性分析2008-2020年从糖尿病足溃疡处分泌物中分离的病原菌及其药敏结果。结果117份送检标本中,阳性率为82.05%;其中革兰阴性菌感染率41.86%;革兰阳性菌感染率53.49%;变形菌属对亚胺培南(泰能)、美罗培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、氨曲南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(舒普深)、头孢他啶的敏感率均为100%;金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、庆大霉素、呋喃妥因、四环素、环丙沙星等的敏感率较高。结论及时监测本地区及本单位糖尿病足感染患者病原菌的变化趋势及其耐药性,有效选择抗菌药物,对合理应用抗菌药物有指导意义。
Objective To explore the changes of bacterial spectra and drug sensitivity among patients with diabetic foot infections in a hospital,and provide data for selection of the right antibiotics for such infections.Methods Pathogenic bacteria isolated from the secretion of diabetes foot ulcer between 2008 and 2020,and their drug sensitivity were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 117 samples delivered for examination,the positive rate was 82.05%,the infection rate of Gram-negative bacteria was 41.86%,and the infection rate of Gram-positive bacte-ria was 53.49%.The sensitivity rate of Proteus to imipenem(tyneng),meropenem,piperacillin/tazobactam,aztreo-nam,Cefoperazone/sulbactam(sulposen),ceftazidime was 100%.Staphylococcus aureus was highly sensitive to vancomycin,gentamicin,nitrofurantoin,tetracycline and ciprofloxacin.Conclusion Constant monitoring of the change and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria while selecting effective antibiotics is of great significance for the rational use of antibiotics for treatment of diabetic foot.
