某院抗肿瘤药物合理用药点评

Rationality of Usage of Antitumor Drugs in a Hospital

目的分析我院2021年第一季度抗肿瘤药物的合理使用情况,以促进临床合理用药。方法调取2021年1月至3月在我院住院并接受抗肿瘤药物治疗患者的病历,采取临床合理用药智能管理系统审查与人工点评相结合方式,对医嘱进行回顾性点评分析。结果共计审查病例2185例,涉及23种抗肿瘤药物,经系统和药师二次审核后,发现不合理用药病例232例(10.61%)。不合理类型为超说明书适应症(222例,9.84%)和给药途径不适宜(28例,1.28%)。结论我院抗肿瘤药物应用仍存在一些问题,需加强对该类药物的管理,以确保临床合理应用。

Objective To analyze the rationality of usage of antitumor drugs in our hospital in the first quarter of 2021 so as to ensure rational use of antitumor drugs in clinic.Methods All the prescriptions for patients who had been treated with antitumor drugs during hospitalization between January 2021 and March 2021 were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively via the combination of systematic and manual review.Results A total of 2185 cases were reviewed,involving 23 types of antitumor drugs.There were 232 cases of irrational drug use based on a second review by the system and pharmacists,so that the rate of irrational use was 10.61%.These cases of irrational use included off-label use(222 prescriptions,accounting for 9.84%)and inappropriate routes of administration(28 prescriptions,accounting for 1.28%).Conclusion There are still some problems with the usage of antitumor drugs in our hospital.These drugs should be under more effective control in order to ensure rational drug use.
