摘要
在人口老龄化加剧、养老需求旺盛的今天,社区居家养老成为老年人首选的养老方式,而建设老年友好社区则成为提升老年人幸福感的重要实现路径。当前我国老年友好社区建设在环境建设、主体协同、养老服务供给、数字技术应用等方面存在发展困境,潜在地影响了老年友好社区的建设成效。应通过推动社区适老化改造、建立多元主体协同机制、提升社区养老服务供给水平和提升社区建设效率及老年人数字素养等手段来破除困境,以实现老年友好社区的良性发展。
In today's population aging increasing and strong demand for old-age care,community home-based old-age care has become the preferred way for the elderly,as well as building an elderly-friendly community has become an important implementation way to improve the happiness of the elderly.There are some development dilemmas for us to construct elderly-friendly communities in environmental construction,subject coordination,elderly service supply,digital application,and so on,which have potentially affected construction results.It is necessary to break through the predicament by promoting the renovation of communities suitable for aging,establishing a multi-agent collaborative mechanism,improving the supply level of community elderly care services,and strengthening the efficiency of community construction and the digital literacy of the elderly,in order to realize the benign development of the elderly-friendly community.
