摘要
基于国内外青年教师培养的理论及实践成果,分析我国应用型本科高校青年教师培养的现状与问题。针对青年教师培养存在的问题,指出应用型本科高校应确立青年教师“四提升”培养目标,制定青年教师“三阶段”培养规划,建立“1+N”多种形式相结合的培养途径,构建“四模块两结合”培训课程体系,建立产教融合、校企合作的青年教师培养模式。同时,应用型本科高校应健全青年教师培养制度与考核机制,建立三大青年教师培养网络服务平台,加大对青年教师培养经费的投入力度,为青年教师的培养提供保障和服务。
Based on the theoretical and practical achievements in the training of young teachers at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of training young teachers in application-oriented undergraduate universities in China.In view of the problems existing in training young teachers,this paper points out application-oriented undergraduate universities should establish the training objectives of“four-promotion”in the training of young teachers,formulate the training plan with“three-stage”,establish a training method in“1+N”combining various forms,build up a training course system with“four-module and two-combination”,and construct the training models of the integration of industry and education and the cooperation of school-enterprise.At the same time,in order to provide guarantees and services in the training of young teachers,application-oriented undergraduate universities should sound the training system and assessment mechanism for young teachers,establish three major network service platforms in the training of young teachers,and increase fund investment for training young teachers.
