数字化驱动下会计人才培养的创新性课程设计研究——以“基于Python的财务数据分析”课程为例 被引量:3

摘要 企业财会数字化转型落地需要大量的专业人才,培养学生具备数字化职业技能是当前高校会计类专业人才培养的改革方向和必然选择。分析数字化时代会计人才培养存在的问题和会计高等教育的发展趋势,探索创新性课程对数字化会计人才培养的影响机制,指出高校应积极开展会计专业创新性课程的开发与实践,并以“基于Python的财务数据分析”课程为例,探讨会计专业创新性课程教学目标、教学内容、教学模式和教学评价的设计思路与方法,探索培养会计专业学生数字化职业能力的新路径。 The digital transformation of enterprise financial accounting requires a large number of professional talents,and training students with digitalization vocational skills is the reform direction and inevitable choice for the current training of accounting professionals in colleges and universities.Analyzing the existing problems in the training accounting talents in the digitalization era and the development trend of accounting higher education,exploring the influence mechanism of innovative courses on the training of digitalization accounting talents,pointing out that colleges and universities should actively carry out the development and practice of innovative courses for accounting majors,and taking the course of Python-based Financial Data Analysis as an example,the design ideas and methods of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching mode and teaching evaluation are discussed,and new paths for training the digitalization professional ability of accounting students are explored.
