王阳明之书院教育思想

The Academy Education Thoughts of Wang Yangming

王阳明极大地推动了书院教育的发展,书院教育反过来也为阳明心学的发展提供了现实基础。王阳明的书院教育思想主要包括立志、勤学、改过和责善四个方面。王阳明认为:立志是前提,要立成圣成贤这样的大志;勤学是基础,学习的目的主要是完善个人的德性;改过是关键,不要害怕犯错,但要积极改过;责善是延伸,要主动帮助朋友和师长认识自身的不足,但要注意方式方法。这四个方面形成一个教育体系,指导教育者围绕完善个人和他人的道德品行展开教育。

Wang Yangming has greatly promoted the development of academy education,which in turn provides a realistic foundation for the development of Yangming philosophy of the mind.Wang Yangming s academy education thoughts mainly includes four points:establishing ambition,diligence,correction and exhorting people to do well.Wang Yangming believes that establishing ambition is the premise and the ambition of becoming saints and sages should be established;Diligence is the foundation and the main purpose of learning is to improve personal virtue;Correction is the key,and don t be afraid of making mistakes,but should actively correct them;Exhorting person to do well is an extension,that is,we should actively help friends,teachers and elders to understand their own shortcomings,but ways and methods should be paid more attention.These four points form an education system,instructing educators to focus on improving the moral conduct of individuals and others to launch education.
