芬顿法氧化降解大麻纤维胶质及脱胶废液分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了寻找一种对环境友好的大麻脱胶方法,减少纺织工业中强碱强酸的脱胶废液造成环境污染,采用芬顿氧化体系对大麻麻皮胶质进行降解,达到精细化制备从而获得大麻纤维。对芬顿氧化体系下脱胶的大麻纤维进行力学性能检测,应用扫描电镜观察大麻纤维的脱胶效果,并对其脱胶废液进行分析。试验结果表明:芬顿法脱胶处理的大麻纤维断裂强力由100.03 cN降至42.37 cN,伸长率由0.77%增长至2.45%,纤维直径由120.457μm减小至17.512μm,白度由17.32%升至57.49%;用扫描电镜观察发现大部分胶质都从纤维表面去除,表面变得光滑清洁,存在较细单纤维;废液测试发现污染物含量比传统碱氧脱胶处理废液的污染物含量更低。芬顿法可有效降解大麻纤维胶质,得到分离的大麻纤维,并降低脱胶废液的色度、pH值及COD(化学需氧量)值。 In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the strong alkali and strong acid of the degumming waste liquid in the textile industry,an environmentally friendly degumming method was sought.As an important economic crop,industrial hemp has important application value in the fields of polymer,light industry and medicine.For this reason,in this paper,Fenton oxidation system was used to degrade the gum of industrial hemp to achieve refined preparation to obtain industrial hemp fiber.The degummed hemp fiber under the Fenton oxidation system were tested for mechanical properties and scanning electron microscopy to observe the degumming effect,and the degumming waste liquid was analyzed.The test resulTSshow that the breaking strength of hemp fiber by Fenton oxidative degumming method decreases from 100.03 cN to 42.37 cN,the elongation increases from 0.77%to 2.45%,the diameter decreases from 120.457μm to 17.512μm,and the whiteness increases from 17.32%to 57.49%.Scanning electron microscope observation show that most of the colloid is removed from the fiber surface,the surface become smooth and clean,and there are finer single fibers.The result of waste fluid testing shows lower levels of contaminants.Therefore,the Fenton method can effectively degrade the colloid of industrial hemp fiber to obtain the separated industrial hemp fiber,and reduce the color,pH and COD value of the degumming waste liquid.
