摘要
职业教育产教融合联盟是一个由多元利益相关者组成的非盈利组织,联盟的组建促进了政、企、校的深度合作,有效推进了职业教育产教融合协同发展。然而联盟离不开治理,面对以行业为基础组建的各种联盟,如何有效开展治理的问题逐渐引起学术界的关注。通过协同绩效、协同管理、资源共享、协同育人4个维度28个指标构建协同治理能力指数模型,并选取5个产教融合联盟样本进行实证研究。结果表明,产教融合联盟协同治理能力指数模型有效,但同时也显示目前职业教育产教融合联盟协同治理能力较弱,很多关键指标值较低,联盟的治理能力与治理效率尚有较大的提升空间。
The Industry-education integration alliance of vocational education is a non-profit organization including multiple stakeholders. The establishment of the alliance promotes the in-depth cooperation among government, enterprises and schools, and effectively promotes the coordinated development of industry-education integration of vocational education. However, alliances cannot be separated from governance. With various alliances constructed with the base on industry, how to effectively carry out governance has gradually attracted the attention of academia. Through the collaborative governance ability index model with the four dimensions of collaborative performance, collaborative management, resource sharing, collaborative education and 28 indicators, the empirical research of selected five samples of industry education integration alliance has been conducted. It is found that the collaborative governance capacity index model of the industry-education integration alliance is effective, but it also shows that the collaborative governance capacity of vocational education industry education integration alliance is currently weak and many key indicators are low, and the governance capacity and efficiency of the alliance still have a long way to go.
