基于课程群视角的高职院校课程思政创新路径

A New Approach for Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of Course Groups

摘要 基于课程群层面构建课程思政内容框架、建设教学团队有助于突破现实困境,实现课程教学与铸魂育人的同向同行。以高职院校旅游管理专业为例,质性和定量研究的混合设计结果表明:旅游管理专业课程群可细分为4个课程子群,分别对应由18个子维度构成的5大核心维度,相互之间具有极高的耦合性。基础性强的子群对应社会主义核心价值观维度,跨文化性强的子群对应理想信念维度和中华优秀传统文化维度,业务实践性强的子群对应职业素养维度,法规类子群对应宪法法治维度。据此创新构建全面覆盖、层次递进的课程群课程思政内容框架;进而从课程子群层面、课程群层面、专业群层面、跨专业层面建设协同合作的新型教学团队。 It is particularly important to construct a logical framework integrating ideological and political elements and to build efficient teams of teaching based on the paradigm of course groups in order to break through the current dilemma and promote the integration of curriculum teaching and ideology education in direction and path.Taking the program of tourism management in higher vocational colleges as an example,it is found in the qualitative and quantitative mixed-method design research that ideological and political elements in the course groups of tourism management program can be categorized into 4 sub-groups of courses,and five core dimensions consisting of 18 sub-dimensions,and they all have tight coupling.As for the four sub-groups,the first one consists of basic courses corresponding to the dimension of“socialist core values”.The second one consists of cross-cultural courses corresponding to the dimensions of“ideal and faith”and“excellent traditional Chinese culture”.The third one consists of professional and practical courses that correspond to“professionalism”.The last one is composed of courses on law and regulation that correspond to“constitution and law”.A comprehensive and hierarchical framework of“curriculum ideology and politics”are built innovatively and a new type of teaching team that is able to collaborate in the construction of sub-group courses,group courses,specialty groups,interdisciplinary groups.
