生物技术专业抗体工程实验教学改革探索 被引量:1

摘要 抗体工程是一门实践性较强的学科,是生物技术学生重要的专业课。通过学习,生物技术学生在了解抗体工程相关知识的同时,还能提高其实践能力和培养科研思维。但抗体工程课程涉及较多生物医药领域前沿和复杂的专业内容,且本科生的科研经验相对薄弱,因此,实验课程部分成为该课程教学的重点和难点。文章将从生物技术专业的抗体工程实验课程的教学模式、教学内容和教学评价等方面展开阐述与分析,提出以学生的主动学习为主导、在课堂中增加实验后总结、提高实践课程学时、利用信息化技术、改革实验内容、优化教学考核评价等一系列课程改革措施,旨在促进生物技术专业抗体工程实验课的教学改革,提高实验课程的教学质量。 Antibody engineering,a highly practical course,is an important professional course for the undergraduate students of bio-technology,aiming to improve practical ability and cultivate scientific thinking in the students as well as provide them with disciplinary knowledge.However,the part of experiments makes difficult teaching,because much cutting-edge and complex professional content in the field of biomedicine has been involved and undergraduates have little scientific research experience.The authors analyze the teaching mode,teaching content,and teaching evaluation of antibody engineering experiments,and then propose a series of reform measures of encouraging autonomous learning in the students,adding post-experiment summarization,increasing class hours,utilizing information technology,reforming experimental content,and optimizing teaching assessment,in order to improve teaching quality and promote the teaching reform in the course of Antibody Engineering.
