“三段式、五结合”人才培养实践教学研究

摘要 文章以全面提高人才培养质量为核心,摸索生物医学工程专业创新型人才培养的有效途径与方法,以学生为主体,探讨了“三段式、五结合”实践教学体系,创新人才培养机制,以能力培养为导向,落实“导师制+个性化培养”,激发创新创业热情和潜能,培养学生六大核心能力,构建适合创新型人才培养的多元、递进、一体化的工科人才培养体系;同时,创新实践考核与评价体系,建立以形成性考核和评价为主,促进学生的能力培养,造就生物医药产业的创新型新工科人才,提高生物医学产业在粤港澳大湾区的市场竞争力。 The article explores innovative talent training in the specialty of biomedical engineering in order to comprehensively im-prove the quality of talent training.Taking students as the main body,the authors seek to innovate and establish new talent training mechanism,and they have explored the practical teaching system of“three-stage and five-combination”.This system is ability training oriented,and a combination of“mentor system+personalized training”has been implemented to stimulate enthusiasm,potential of innovation,and entrepreneurship.This system aims to cultivate six core abilities in students and a diversified,progressive,and integrated engineering talent training system can thus be established.At the same time,the authors have improved the practice assessment system and adopted formative assessment to promote the students’abilities and sustainable development.This system was designed to cultivate innovative engineering talents urgently needed in the biomedical industry,and enhance the competitiveness of the biomedical industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
