临床药师参与1例糖尿病肾病患者降糖方案制定的分析

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见并发症,也是导致糖尿病患者死亡的主要因素之一。相关调查结果显示,我国每年新增糖尿病肾病患者40万,其主要临床症状包括手脚发凉、四肢麻木、腰膝酸软、肾功能损害,如不及时控制病情,则发展为尿毒症,最终发生肾衰竭,对患者生命造成严重威胁。本文通过结合相关文献对1例糖尿病肾病患者选用降糖药物的过程进行分析,旨在为临床合理用药提供参考。

Diabetic nephropathy is a common complication of diabetes and one of the main factors leading to the death of diabetic patients.Related investigation results show that there are 400,000 new patients with diabetic nephropathy in China every year.The main clinical symptoms include cold hands and feet,numbness of limbs,soreness of waist and knee,and renal function damage.If the disease is not controlled in time,it will develop into uremia and eventually renal failure,which poses a serious threat to the lives of patients.In this paper,the process of selecting hypoglycemic drugs in a patient with diabetic nephropathy was analyzed by combining relevant literature,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
