地方农林院校服务乡村产业振兴的“命运共同体”探索与实践

Research and Practice on Community with Shared Future of Local Agricultural Universities Serve the Revitalization of Rural Industry

目的:主动对接服务乡村振兴战略是地方农林高校的“国之大者”,也是坚持社会主义办学方向必然要求。方法:通过对安徽科技学院实施“五个一工程”,构建“四体联动”机制解读分析,提出打造地方农林高校推进乡村产业振兴的“命运共同体”理念。结果:加强农林学科专业供给侧结构性改革,强化服务乡村振兴机制体制创新,加大人才团队和科研平台建设,开展重大科学问题和关键技术难题攻关,加快推进技术成果转移转化是“命运共同体”核心要义。结论:地方农林高校要进一步发挥在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接的学科技术优势,持续创新服务乡村振兴模式与着力点。

Objective:Service for rural revitalization strategy actively is the top priorities of the country for colleges and universities adhering to the direction of socialist education.Methods:Local agricultural universities are important social forces to promote rural revitalization.Through the implementation of the“Five One Project”and“Four Body Linkage”mechanism,the concept of“Community with Shared Future”was put forward,which local agricultural universities promote the revitalization of rural industry with high quality.Results:It must focus on advancing reforms of discipline supply-side,strengthening the system innovation of serving the rural revitalization,increasing the construction of talent team and scientific research platform,tackling major scientific and key technical problems,accelerating the transformation of technological achievements,all of which are core essence of community with shared future.Conclusion:Local agriculture universities should make use of their poverty alleviation advantages in strengthening the link between the achievements of rural development and the development of rural areas,and continue to innovate and serve the model and focus of rural development.
