电刺激生物反馈联合磁刺激治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究电刺激生物反馈联合磁刺激治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的临床效果。方法选取72例慢性盆腔疼痛患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组36例。研究组采用电刺激生物反馈联合磁刺激治疗,对照组采用单一电刺激生物反馈治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.22%高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组24 h排尿次数、夜尿次数及每次尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后24h排尿次数、夜尿次数少于对照组,每次尿量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且研究组VAS评分(1.81±0.71)分低于对照组的(2.59±0.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组病情复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈联合磁刺激治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的效果显著,值得临床应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic stimulation in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain.Methods 72 patients with chronic pelvic pain were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group.The study group was treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic stimulation,while the control group was treated with single electrical stimulation biofeedback.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.22%higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the frequency of urination at 24 h,the frequency of nocturnal urination and the volume of urine per time between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of urination and nocturnal urination at 24 h after treatment in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the urine volume per time was more than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the VAS score of the study group(1.81±0.71)was lower than that of the control group(2.59±0.82),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic stimulation on chronic pelvic pain is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical application.
