脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的应用效果

Effect of splenic aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder on cervical erosion complicated with HPV infection

目的评估脾氨肽口服冻干粉在宫颈糜烂合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染治疗中的应用效果。方法选取84例宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与试验组,各42例。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组予以脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合常规治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率95.24%高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组HPV阴率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脾氨肽口服冻干粉在宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染治疗中的应用效果确切,可降低炎性反应,改善免疫功能,提高HPV转阴率,降低复发率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of oral lyophilized spleen amino peptide powder in the treatment of cervical erosion with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 84 patients with cervical erosion combined with HPV infection were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given oral lyophilized spleen aminopeptide combined with routine treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of HPV in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Splenic aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder in the treatment of cervical erosion combined with HPV infection has a definite effect,which can reduce inflammation,improve immune function,increase the negative rate of HPV and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
