卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血的疗效分析

Effect analysis of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women

目的探讨孕产妇产后出血采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的临床效果。方法选取32例分娩的产后出血孕产妇,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组16例。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,试验组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组止血时间短于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率93.75%明显高于对照组62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇应用于孕产妇产后出血中,可有效控制出血状态,提升生活质量和临床疗效,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women.Methods 32 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,16 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,the experimental group was treated with carboprost tromethamine.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hemostatic time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding at 2 h after delivery was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%higher than that of the control group 62.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine can effectively control the bleeding state,improve the quality of life and efficacy,and has high safety when used in pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage.
