激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of hormone replacement therapy for perimenopausal syndrome

目的研究围绝经期综合征患者使用激素替代治疗的临床效果。方法选取88例围绝经期综合征患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组44例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用激素替代治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.45%,显著高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素及雌二醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平均低于治疗前,雌二醇水平高于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组乳房疼痛率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征效果显著,能够有效改善患者的相关症状,并改善其激素水平,减少乳房疼痛情况,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 88 women with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the experimental group was treated with hormone replacement therapy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than that of control group(77.27%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and estradiol between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of estradiol were higher than those before treatment, and the study group was significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The breast pain rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hormone replacement therapy has a significant effect on perimenopausal syndrome, which can effectively improve the related symptoms of patients, improve their hormone levels, and reduce breast pain, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
