摘要
目的研究核磁共振诊断子宫腺肌症的准确性。方法选取100例子宫腺肌症患者,均经病理学检验确诊为子宫腺肌症。按照检测方法不同将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组采用超声检测,研究组采用核磁共振检验。比较两组诊断效果。结果50例子宫腺肌症患者,经核磁共振检出47例,准确率为94.00%,漏诊1例,漏诊率2.00%,误诊2例,误诊率4.00%。核磁共振检测的准确率与病理学检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组准确率明显高于对照组,漏诊率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组检查满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核磁共振诊断子宫腺肌症准确率较高,误诊率和漏诊率均较低,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures for women with climacteric syndrome.Methods 100 patients with adenomyosis were selected and confirmed as adenomyosis by pathological examination.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to different detection methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was tested by ultrasound,and the study group was tested by nuclear magnetic resonance.The diagnostic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Among 50 patients with adenomyosis,47 cases were detected by MRI,the accuracy rate was 94.00%,1 case was missed diagnosis,the rate of missed diagnosis was 2.00%,and 2 cases were misdiagnosed,the rate of misdiagnosis was 4.00%.There was no significant difference in the accuracy of MRI and pathological test results(P>0.05).The accuracy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has a high accuracy in diagnosing adenomyosis,and a low rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
