心理护理结合健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用分析

Application analysis of psychological nursing combined with health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究心理护理结合健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取70例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用心理护理结合健康教育。比较两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁程度及生活质量。结果干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组焦虑、抑郁评分(42.73±2.42)、(47.35±1.89)分明显低于对照组(50.12±1.95)、(52.62±3.15)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理结合健康教育应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中,可及时改善患者心态,使其充分认知疾病,有利于提高生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the application effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received psychological nursing combined with health education on the basis of the control group.The degree of anxiety,depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group(42.73±2.42)and(47.35±1.89)were significantly lower than those of the control group(50.12±1.95)and(52.62±3.15),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can timely improve the mentality of patients,make them fully recognize the disease,is conducive to improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
