陕北公园城市建设初步构想

Conception of Garden City Construction In Northern Shaanxi

公园城市是生态文明背景下革新、提升现代城市建设与发展的全新模式。在分析陕北自然生态、城市园林绿地现状、社会经济状况以及文化习俗等基础上,分别从区域、市域和中心城区三个层面,结合公园城市建设所需植被,对陕北区域公园城市建设提出设想,指出公园城市微观层面是建设公园城市的核心,需做好稳固生态环境、建立公园体系、提升生活环境、营造安全环境、特色风貌塑造、发展生态产业和全域协同治理等七方面任务。

Garden city is a new mode of innovation and promotion of modern city construction and development in context of ecological civilization.The idea of garden city construction in northern shaanxi was developed,based on the analysis of the natural ecology,urban landscape green space and the social economy and culture,at the levels of downtown area,city and districts.The garden city micro level is the core of the construction.It is necessary to carry out seven tasks:stabilizing the ecological environment,establishing the garden system,improving the living environment,creating safe environment,fostering the characteristic style,developing the ecological industry and synergizing the collaborative governance.
