高校校内巡察已经在各高校推行实施,成为高校推动全面从严治党不断向纵深发展的重要抓手和净化高校政治生态的重要方式,也成为各高校履行党委主体责任的主要推动力。各高校在推动校内巡察实践中,普遍存在人员素质不高、专业培训不足、机构不统一、领导体制不健全、重视程度不够等问题,导致巡察效果弱化。为实现巡察质效一体提升,各高校必须探索行之有效的措施,可以通过加强人员培训、统一机构设置、加强顶层设计、用好巡察结果、加强评估监察等办法,切实提高校内巡察工作效果。

Campus inspection has been implemented in various colleges and universities,which has become an important starting point for colleges and universities to promote comprehensive and strictparty governance and an important way to purify the political ecology of colleges and universities,and also become the main driving force for colleges and universities to fulfill the main responsibility of the party committee.In the practice of promoting campus inspection in colleges and universities,there are many problems,such as low quality of personnel,insufficient professional training,un-unified institutions,imperfect leadership system and insufficient attention,which lead to the weakening of inspection effect.Therefore,in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of inspection,colleges and universities must explore effective measures,which can effectively improve the effect of inspection work in colleges and universities by strengthening personnel training,unifying institutional setting,strengthening top-level design,using good inspection results,strengthening evaluation and supervision.
