摘要
水产品作为生鲜食品中的重要组成部分,逐渐成为国民经济快速发展的新动力。水产品具有易腐性,在冷链流通过程中易受到外界因素的影响,造成大量损耗和浪费。如何规范水产品冷链流通标准,完善水产品监管机制,提高水产品流通效率及发挥各参与者主体作用成为文章探讨的主要问题。基于此,文章从水产品冷链流通规范化现状出发,分析了推进我国水产品冷链流通规范化体系的现实意义,提出水产品冷链流通的实施方案,为我国水产品行业健康发展与提高冷链流通经济效益提供理论支撑。
As an important part of fresh food,aquatic products have gradually become a new driving force for the rapid development of the national economy.Aquatic products are perishable and easily affected by external factors in the cold chain circulation process,causing a large amount of loss and waste.This paper mainly focuses on how to regulate the cold chain circulation standard of aquatic products,improve the supervision mechanism of aquatic products,enhance the circulation efficiency of aquatic products and give full play to the main role of all participants.Based on the current situation of the standardization of aquatic products cold chain circulation,this paper analyzes the practical significance of promoting the standardized system of aquatic products cold chain circulation in China,and puts forward the implementation scheme of aquatic products cold chain circulation,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of aquatic products industry and improve the economic benefits of cold chain circulation in China.
