Analysis and discussion on external force failure of 110kV high voltage cable caused by excavation of excavator

为防范高压电缆外力破坏事故发生,电力设施运维单位应从本质安全、安全防护和安全标志等方面来落实各项安全防范措施,将外力破坏危险源在预防阶段进行消除或化解。阐述一起挖掘机开挖导致的110 k V电缆线路外力破坏事件,指出电缆地面位置标识缺失,会导致施工单位在现场识别电缆敷设位置出现失误。因此,供电企业应加强电力管廊路面标识的日常维护,防止因指示标志不明显或错误发生外力破坏。

In order to prevent the occurrence of high-voltage cable external force damage accidents,the power facility operation and maintenance unit shall implement various safety precautions from the aspects of intrinsic safety,safety protection and safety signs,and eliminate or resolve the external force damage hazard sources in the prevention stage.This paper introduces an external force damage event of 110 k V cable line caused by excavator excavation,analyzes the causes of the event,and discusses the rectification measures according to the lessons of the event,so as to provide reference for domestic peers and brother units.
