盾构隧道渗漏水病害成因与防治现状 被引量:14

摘要 渗漏水病害防治是盾构隧道运营维护的关键任务之一,并日益受到业界的关注。通过调研与分析,深入分析了盾构隧道渗漏水病害特征及成因,总结了盾构隧道主要的防水措施,研究了盾构隧道渗漏水病害治理的常用方法。研究表明:盾构隧道渗漏类型以渗水为主,占比约50%~80%,渗漏位置以管片接缝渗漏水居多,占比约80%~90%;渗漏时间为施工期和运营期两个阶段;盾构管片接缝防水以弹性橡胶密封垫结合遇水膨胀止水条的防水形式最为常见,在高水压条件下可有效提高防水效果。研究成果可为盾构隧道渗漏水病害防治提供借鉴。 The prevention and control of water leakage disease is one of the crucial tasks in the operation and maintenance of shield tunnels,which has attracted increasing attention from the tunnel field.Based on investigation and analysis,the characteristics and causes of the water leakage diseases in shield tunnels were investigated.The primary waterproof measures of shield tunnels were summarized.In addition,the common methods for the treatment of water leakage diseases of shield tunnels were studied.The results showed that the water seepage was the main leakage type of shield tunnels,accounting for approximately 50%~80%.In terms of the location of the leakage,the segment joint leakage was the majority,accounting for approximately 80%~90%.The cause of the leakage could be divided into two stages:the construction period and the operation period.The most common waterproof method for shield segment joint is elastic rubber gasket combined with water-expansion sealing,which can improve the waterproof effect under high water pressure conditions effectively.The conclusions could provide a reference for the prevention of water leakage diseases of shield tunnels.
