水力发电企业工业互联网平台设计与应用——以长江电力为例 被引量:1

摘要 为推动水力发电行业数字化转型,实现智能水电的建设目标,全面梳理了水电企业数字化转型和智能水电建设的痛点和实际需要。结合工业互联网技术,介绍了长江电力工业互联网平台设计思路、核心需求、主要特点,提出了长江电力工业互联网平台的系统构架。用实际应用案例阐述了工业互联网平台如何赋能传统水力发电业务。实际应用情况表明:长江电力工业互联网平台整体构架能够全面满足水电业务需求,真正实现IT/OT的有效融合;能够方便开展经验沉淀和知识复用;由于采用了知识驱动和数据驱动相结合的方式,该平台可以推进水电业务更深层次的智能化。相关经验可为水电企业数字化转型和智能化建设提供借鉴。 In order to promote the digital transformation of hydropower industry and construction of intelligent hydro-power,we comprehensively sort out the existing pain points and actual demands in digital transformation and intelligent hydropower business.The design ideas,core requirements and main feature of the industrial internet of things platform(IIoT)of China Yangtze Power Corporation Ltd are introduced briefly.The architecture of the platform is put forward.An actual example is provided to explain how IIoT empowers traditional hydro-power business.Application shows that the architecture of CYPC Industrial Internet Platform can meet the demands of the hydro-power business completely and the platform has realized the integration of OT and IT effectively.It can implement experience precipitation and knowledge reuse,also it can improve a deeper level of intelligence for hydro-power industry based on the combination of knowledge drive and data drive.The results can promote the intelligent and digital transformation of the hydro-power industry.
