低黏度环保型环氧灌浆材料的研究

摘要 选用低黏度活性稀释剂和无水乙醇对环氧树脂进行稀释,并对环氧灌浆材料的性能和结构进行表征。结果表明,当活性稀释剂用量为40%,无水乙醇用量为60%时,浆液的初始黏度最低,为21.33 mPa·s,可操作时间大于200 min,固结后环氧灌浆材料的抗压强度、拉伸强度分别为40.6、12.6 MPa;环氧灌浆材料的干、湿粘接强度分别为3.7、2.1 MPa。红外光谱表明,活性稀释剂引入了柔性基团,能提高灌浆材料的韧性;电子扫描显微镜也显示材料的脆性得到改善。通过大鼠急性毒性试验可知,环氧灌浆材料浆液和固结体的LD50值大于5000 mg/kg,可认为实际无毒。 In this paper,epoxy resin was diluted with low viscosity active diluent and absolute ethanol,and the properties and structure of epoxy grouting materials were characterized.The results showed that when the amount of active diluent is 40%,the amount of absolute ethanol is 60%,the initial viscosity of the slurry is the lowest,which is 21.33 mPa·s,and the operation time is more than 200 min.After consolidation,the compressive strength of epoxy grouting material was 40.6 MPa and the tensile strength was 12.6 MPa.The wet bonding strength of epoxy grouting materials was 2.1 MPa and the dry bonding strength was 3.7 MPa.In addition,the infrared spectrum showed that the flexible group was introduced into the active diluent,which could improve the toughness of the material.The electron scanning microscope also showed that the toughness was improved.Through the acute toxicity test in rats,it is concluded that the LD_(50) value of epoxy grouting material slurry and consolidated body is greater than 5000 mg/kg,which can be considered as non-toxic in practice.
