现浇隧道高抗裂清水混凝土制备与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 对于现浇隧道敞开段侧墙清水混凝土的设计,应考虑早期施工期与长期服役期内裂缝控制及外观质量提升的协同。在多场耦合机制抗裂性评估与设计先行的基础上,对原材料与混凝土配合比进行了优选优化,采用具有温升抑制及微膨胀功能的抗裂剂以及流变改性材料,实现了对混凝土工作性、温度历程与变形历程的有效调控,制备出满足工程控制要求的高抗裂清水混凝土。 Crack control at the early cage and the long-term and the promotion of appearance quality should be considered simultaneously for the design of cast in situ tunnel sidewall clean water concrete at open section.Based on the crack resistance evaluation and design of concrete by the multi-field coupling mechanism in advance,the raw materials and concrete mix proportion were optimized,and the temperature rise inhibited and slight expansion anti-crack agent and rheological modified agent were adopted to regulate the workability,temperature and deformation of concrete,and then the clean water concrete with high crack-resistance which meet the requirements was prepared.
