不饱和聚酯砂浆的制备及其性能研究

摘要 为应对冬季低温条件下有机聚合物砂浆活性低、性能不足的问题,研究了一种不饱和聚酯砂浆的制备方法。通过引发体系的调配实现了低温环境下的有效、可控固化;研究了引发剂、促进剂、填料体系间配比及用量对砂浆可操作时间、施工性、抗流挂性及固化后力学性能的影响,分析了各组分对不同性能的影响机制;并研究了减缩剂等对砂浆收缩率、力学性能的影响,采用发泡微膨胀技术有效调控砂浆的收缩,制备出综合性能较好的低温有机砂浆,具有较高的应用价值。当石英砂为不饱和聚酯用量的1.5倍,白炭黑、引发体系用量分别为不饱和聚酯(UR)质量的12%、3%,并配以UR质量2%的NaHCO_(3)和等当量的乳酸时,体系固化后无收缩,-5℃下抗压强度高于80 MPa,且具有优异的抗流挂性和适宜的施工窗口,具有较好的综合性能。 In order to cope with the problems of low activity and insufficient performance of organic polymer mortar under low temperature in winter,a preparation method of unsaturated polyester mortar was studied.Through the design of the initiator system,the effective controllable curing under low temperature environment was realized.The effects of the ratio and dosage of initiator,promoter and filler systems on the operable time,operability,flow resistance and mechanical properties after curing of mortar were studied,while the influencing mechanism of each component on different properties was analyzed.The influence of reducing agent and other components on shrinkage rate and mechanical properties of mortar were explored and the shrinkage of mortar was effectively controlled by foaming expansion technology.Finally,a low temperature organic mortar with ideal comprehensive performance was prepared,which exhibited a good prospect of application.When the quartz sand is 1.5 times the amount of unsaturated polyester,the amount of silica black and initiation system is 12%and 3%of UR,respectively,and the system is combined with NaHCO_(3) and lactic acid of equal equivalent,which account for 2%of UR mass,the system has no shrinkage after curing,the compressive strength at-5℃is higher than 80 MPa,and it has excellent flow resistance and suitable construction window.It has better comprehensive performance.
