我国县域医共体建设利益相关者分析研究

Analysis of stakeholders in the construction of county medical consumption linkage in China

现阶段县域医共体建设中利益相关者之间矛盾和问题突出,县域医共体建设的紧密程度有待加强。作者基于共生理论,对县域医共体中利益相关者进行分析,界定利益相关主体,发现影响县域医共体发展的共生动力和共生阻力因素。在此基础上进一步分析了县域医共体的共生模式,最后就优化县域医共体共生界面进行探讨,并提出合理建议,以期平衡相关主体间利益分配关系,加快基层医疗卫生资源整合,从而促进县域医共体建设模式向对称互惠一体化共生模式转变。

At this stage,the conflicts between stakeholders in the construction of county medical consumption linkage are becoming more and more obvious,and the closeness of county medical consumption linkage construction needs to be strengthened.Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the core symbiosis units affecting the development of county medical consumption linkage,defines the stakeholders,finds out the symbiosis driving force and resistance factors affecting the development of county medical consumption linkage,and further analyzes the symbiosis model of county medical consumption linkage in China.Finally,this paper discusses the construction of the symbiosis interface of county medical consumption linkage,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to balance the interest distribution relationship between relevant subjects,accelerate the integration of the grassroots level medical and health resources,so as to promote the transformation of the construction mode of county medical consumption linkage to a symbiosis model of symmetrical and reciprocal integration.
