医院应急资源配置是应对突发公共卫生事件医疗救援的关键因素。文章基于协同理论建立医院应急物资配置体系,形成医院人力资源、医疗资源、后勤资源和空间资源等各应急资源子系统有效互动、良性循环配置体系,有效实现应急资源的统筹管理和有序调配,实现医院应急资源利用最大化,全面提高医院突发公共卫生事件应对能力。

The allocation of emergency resources in hospitals is a key factor for medical rescue in response to public emergencies.Based on the synergy theory,this paper establishes a hospital emergency material allocation system,forms an effective interaction and virtuous cycle allocation system for emergency resource subsystems such as hospital human resources,medical resources,logistics resources,and space resources,and effectively realizes the overall management and orderly allocation of emergency resources.Thus maximizing the utilization of hospital emergency resources and comprehensively improving the hospital's ability to respond to public emergencies.
