贵州省某公立医院特殊药品使用管理“双通道”机制实践

Practice of"dual channel"mechanism for special drug use management in a public hospital in Guizhou Province

目的:通过特殊药品志愿服务,促使特殊药品“双通道”医保政策充分落地,为患者提供更加便利的用药服务。方法:以特殊药品使用管理中的“双通道”机制为研究内容,出台院内相关服务政策,规范指导医师处方行为,联系6家指定零售药店,开展志愿者服务,建立患者、医生和零售药店之间的充分信任。结果:经过1年多的工作推广,实现医疗机构与定点药店无缝联接,简化了医师开具特殊药品流程,患者依从性好,医师配合度高,社会接受程度高。结论:特殊药品使用管理“双通道”机制有效推动了特殊药品医保政策的落地,为特殊药品保障供应、降低患者特殊药品用药负担、提升患者用药满意度发挥了明显推动作用。

Objective:To promote the full implementation of the"dual channel"medical insurance policy for special drugs through voluntary services for special drugs,and to provide patients with more convenient medication services.Methods:Taking the"dual channel"mechanism in the management of the use of special drugs as the research content,the relevant service policies in the hospital were issued to standardize and guide the prescribing behavior of physicians.full trust between them.Results:After more than one year of work promotion,the seamless connection between medical institutions and designated pharmacies was achieved,and the process of physicians prescribing special drugs was simplified.Conclusion:The"dual channel"mechanism for the management of the use of special drugs has effectively promoted the implementation of the medical insurance policy for special drugs,and played a significant role in ensuring the supply of special drugs,reducing the burden of patients'medication for special drugs,and improving patients'satisfaction with medication.
