摘要
建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术作为建筑信息化的重要手段,在降低建筑成本、提高建筑质量、延长建筑寿命方面发挥了重要作用。以BIM技术为手段,通过典型的寒区中德被动式节能示范屋案例,探讨了利用BIM技术来提升寒区节能设计的精细化程度的策略,从而提升寒地绿色建筑深化设计阶段的质量管理水平,为实现低能源消耗、高保温性能提供参考。
As an important means of building informatization,BIM technology plays an important role in reducing construction costs,improving construction quality,and extending construction life.This paper uses BIM technology as a means through typical cold area cases,and discusses the strategy to improve the refinement degree of the energy-saving design of cold area models through BIM technology,so as to improve the quality management in the cold areas of green building deepening design stage,in order to provide references for low energy consumption,high heat preservation performance,etc.
