数字经济与新型城镇化耦合关系研究--以浙江省为例

Research on the Coupling Relationship between Digital Economy and New Urbanization:Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

实证分析数字经济与新型城镇化科学协调发展状况,旨在为有效推进智慧城市建设提供依据。基于相对发展原理和耦合协调度原理,通过科学构建数字经济、新型城镇化评价指标体系,测算2013—2020年浙江省数字经济、新型城镇化发展指数,实证分析两系统的相对发展水平与耦合协调程度。结果表明:2013—2020年浙江省数字经济与新型城镇化的发展指数及综合指数均呈上升趋势,2013—2015年和2020年数字经济发展处于滞后阶段;2014年浙江省数字经济与新型城镇化的耦合度稳定在拮抗阶段,而耦合协调度呈现由低度迈向中度再进入高度的演变规律。

The scientific and coordinated development between digital economy of empirical analysis and new urbanization provides reference for effectively promoting smart city construction.Based on the principle of relative development and the principle of coupling coordination degree,through the scientific construction of the digital economy and new urbanization evaluation index system,the digital economy and new urbanization development index of Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2020 were calculated,and the relative development level and coupling coordination of the two systems were empirically analyzed.Results show that from 2013 to 2020,the development index and comprehensive index of digital economy and new urbanization in Zhejiang Province showed an upward trend,and the development of digital economy was in a lagging stage from 2013 to 2015 and 2020;the coupling degree of 2014 was stable in the antagonistic stage,and the coupling coordination degree showed an evolution law from low to moderate and then to high.
