摘要
构建了“引入(Engage)、探究(Explore)、提升(Enhance)和评价(Evaluate)”的“4E”工程类专业学位研究生培养模式,突出了工程类研究生专业特色和应用实践创新能力培养,解决了工程研究生培养方案混淆、导师观念难以转变等诸多问题,实现了基于成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)培养理念的本科、硕士两阶段的有效衔接。同时,进行了“4E”模式的培养实践,证明了“4E”模式有效提升了工程类专业学位研究生的培养质量。
The“4E”graduate student training mode of engineering majors with“introduction,exploration,promotion and evaluation”is constructed,which highlights the professional characteristics and the cultivation of application practice innovation ability of engineering graduate students,solves many problems such as the confusion of engineering graduate student training schemes and the difficulty in changing the concept of tutors,and realizes the effective connection between the two stages of undergraduate and master based on the achievement oriented OBE training concept.At the same time,the training practice of“4E”mode has proved that“4E”mode has effectively promoted the training quality of graduate students majoring in engineering.
