摘要
测度了2011—2018年正式环境规制与非正式环境规制两个子系统的环境规制耦合协调度,并探究环境规制耦合协调度对企业绿色创新的影响效果。研究结果表明:我国的环境规制耦合协调度较差,大部分地区处于失调状态。环境规制耦合协调度对企业绿色创新具有显著的促进作用,且随着企业绿色创新程度的提高,环境规制耦合协调度的促进效应在整体水平上呈现上升趋势。在分样本回归的结果中,这种促进作用主要表现在国有、东部地区和非重污染行业企业中。
This paper measures the environmental regulation coupling coordination degree of the two subsystems of formal environmental regulation and informal environmental regulation from 2011 to 2018,and explores the impact of environmental regulation coupling coordination degree on corporate green innovation.The research results show that China’s environmental regulation is poorly coupled and coordinated,most areas are imbalanced.The degree of coupling and coordination of environmental regulations has a significant promotion effect on the green innovation of enterprises,and with the improvement of the degree of green innovation of enterprises,the promotion effect of the environmental regulation coupling coordination degree has shown an upward trend on the overall level.In the results of sub-sample regression,this kind of promotion is mainly manifested in state-owned,eastern regions and non-heavy polluting enterprises.
