三江源国家公园生态补偿综合效益评价研究 被引量:6

A Study on the Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Ecological Compensation in Three-River-Source National Park

摘要 生态补偿政策对三江源国家公园生态环境的改善发挥了重要作用,对其生态、经济和社会发展等方面均产生了不同程度的影响,将层次分析法与熵权法相结合对三江源国家公园生态补偿综合效益进行实证分析,结果显示:(1)生态效益所占权重最高;(2)生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的耦合度值较高,是一个有机耦合的整体系统,三大效益相互作用、相互影响的程度非常高;(3)三江源国家公园三大效益的耦合协调度在缓慢增长的过程中总体呈现出持续向好的发展态势,但其增长速度和当前的协调度与优质协调仍有较大差距,仍需不断加大投入力度,促进生态、经济与社会的协调发展。 The ecological compensation policy has played an important role in improving the ecological environment of Three-river-source National Park,which has produced different degrees of influence on its ecology,economy and social development.With the Analytic Hierarchy Process and entropy method to make empirical analysis on the ecological compensation comprehensive benefits of Three-river-source National Park,the results are as follows:(1)Ecological benefits have the highest weight.(2)The coupling degree C value of ecological,economic and social benefits is high.It reflects the high degree of interaction and mutual influence of the three benefits.(3)In the process of slow growth,the coupling coordination degree shows a trend of continuous development of the three benefits of ecological compensation in Three-river-source National Park.But there is still a big gap between coupling coordination degree and higher coordination.It is still necessary to continuously increase the investment in the coordinated development of ecology,economy and society.
