生态环境与城市化耦合协调度对生态红线划定的响应——以深圳市为例 被引量:2

The Response of Ecological Environment and Urbanization Coupling Coordination to Ecological Red Line Delineation:A Case Study of Shenzhen City

摘要 基于PSR模型和主客观结合赋权方式构建生态环境与城市化水平综合评价模型,并以生态红线划定时间作为分析节点,利用耦合度模型、耦合协调度模型以及分段线性回归,探究2002—2018年城市化与生态环境的耦合协调关系,分析二者耦合协调度对生态红线划定的响应和时滞效应。结果表明:(1)深圳市生态环境水平总体呈良性发展,城市化水平增长态势明显;(2)基本生态控制线划定后,生态环境综合指数上升明显,城市化进程也在加快;(3)基本生态控制线划定后,约5年后耦合协调度曲线发生显著变化,实现精细化管理后约滞后1年产生影响。研究结果可以为细化和完善生态红线政策、促进生态环境与城市化协调有序发展提供与建议与参考。 Based on the PSR model and the combination of subjective and objective empowerment,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of ecological environment and urbanization level,and takes the ecological red line delimitation time as the analysis node.Using coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model and piecewise linear regression,this paper explores the coupling coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological environment from 2002 to 2018,and analyzes the response and effect of the coupling coordination degree of the two on the ecological red line delimitation time lag effect.The results show that:(1) The ecological environment level of Shenzhen has been developing well,and the urbanization level is growing obviously;(2) After the establishment of the basic ecological control line,the comprehensive index of ecological environment has increased significantly,and the process of urbanization is also accelerating;(3) After the basic ecological control line was delimited,it lagged about five years,and the coupling coordination degree curve changed significantly.After the fine management,it lagged about one year.The research results can provide suggestions and reference for refining and improving the ecological red line policy and promoting the coordinated and orderly development of ecological environment and urbanization.
