Analysis of Problems in the Process of Hazardous Chemicals Safety Production Information System and Countermeasures

在国家关于加快推进危化品安全生产风险监测预警系统建设的背景下,各地应急部门和危化品企业积极响应,纷纷加入危化品监测预警系统建设的队伍。基于对64家重点危化品企业实地调研排摸、收集整理资料并结合标准规范,首先分析了危化品企业在监测预警系统建设过程中监测目标、监测管理以及监测技术方面存在的问题,然后通过确立监测对象、制定安全生产信息化要素参考表以及设计监测预警方案,进而提出了相应的对策,希望对危化品安全生产风险监测预警系统建设提供借鉴意义。

Under the background of accelerating the construction of risk monitoring and early warning system for hazardous chemicals safety production,local emergency departments and hazardous chemical enterprises responded positively and joined the construction team of hazardous chemicals monitoring and early warning system.Based on the field investigation and data collection of 64 key hazardous chemical enterprises,combined with the standards and specifications,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the monitoring objectives,monitoring management and monitoring technology in the process of monitoring and early warning system construction of hazardous chemical enterprises,and then establishes the monitoring objects,formulates the reference table of safety production informatization elements and designs the monitoring and early-warning scheme,And then put forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for the construction of risk monitoring and early warning system of hazardous chemicals safety production.
