面向智慧校园的多媒体教室融合服务实践与探索

Practice and exploration of multimedia classroom integration service for smart campus

为了促进多媒体教室服务在智慧校园建设大潮中的多维度发展,实现多媒体教室与智慧校园的充分融合与服务创新,文章首先梳理了高校多媒体教室与智慧校园建设的研究成果,分析了两者之间的关系,从四个方面分析多媒体教室融合服务的建设思路,即“生态融合建设是基础,高效集成是理念,创新应用是关键,以人为本是宗旨”;其次从数据融合、应用开发和人文关怀三个角度探索多媒体教室创新服务的设计实践;最后通过用户访谈,对多媒体教室融合服务进行评价。研究结果表明,融合服务能够切实提升教师在多媒体教室使用方面的获得感和幸福感。

In order to promote the development of multimedia classroom services in the construction of smart campuses, realize the full integration and service innovation of multimedia classrooms and smart campuses, this paper first sorts out the research results of multimedia classrooms and smart campus construction in colleges and universities, analyzes the relationship between the two, and analyzes the construction thoughts of multimedia classroom integration services from four aspects including “ecological integration construction as the foundation, efficient integration as the concept, innovative application as the key, and putting people first as the purpose”. Then, from the three perspectives of data fusion, application development and humanistic care, it explores the design practice of innovative services in multimedia classrooms. Finally, the multi-media classroom integration service is evaluated through user interviews. The results show that the integration service can effectively improve the sense of acquisition and happiness of teachers in the use of multimedia classrooms.
