虚拟仿真教学在内分泌线上课间实习中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探究新冠肺炎疫情防控期间在内分泌科课间实习线上课堂中应用医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台的教学效果和可行性。方法 选取2022年3-4月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院内分泌科线上课间实习的五年制临床医学专业学生171人为研究对象,根据教学方法分为两组,分别采用医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台和常规病例示教法教学。实习结束后以出科考试的方式评估教学效果,并进行问卷调查,对比分析两组的教学效果及满意度,同时与既往同一专业线下实习教学进行比较。结果 医学虚拟仿真组的出科考试成绩及教学满意度均高于常规病例示教组(P<0.05),与线下课间实习教学无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 疫情防控阶段,在内分泌实习线上课堂中引入医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台能够在保证教学安全的同时,提升教学质量,有助于培养医学生的临床思维能力,值得深入研究和借鉴。 Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of applying medical virtual simula-tion experiment teaching platform to the online during-course practice in Endocrinology Depart-ment. Methods A total of 171 clinical medical students in 5-year program, who participated in the online practice in the Department of Endocrinology, Shengjing Hospital of China Medical Univer-sity from March to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(taught by virtual simulation teaching) and the control group(taught with traditional case teaching method). The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by test on completion of the course, and ques-tionnaire survey was conducted. The teaching effect and satisfaction of these two groups, as well as that in previous offline practice teaching of the same major were compared and analyzed. Results The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between online and offline practice(P>0.05). Conclusion During the pandemic prevention and control, introducing medical virtual simulation experiment teaching platform into online practice of Endocrinology Depart-ment can not only ensure the teaching safety, but also significantly improve the teaching quality and contribute to the cultivation of students’ clinical thinking, which is worthy of in-depth research and reference.
